Online Divorce Documents
Begin by simply fill out DivorceKnowHow’s online questionnaire to complete your uncontested divorce without an attorney.  The divorce questionnaire guides you and your spouse through all of the divorce issues to be included in your divorce decree.  DivorceKnowHow’s online questionnaire will store your answers so that you and your spouse have time to work through the issues and reach an agreement.  Once you and your spouse reach an agreement and have completed the online form, you will submit the completed form to DivorceKnowHow’s document prep team.  DivorceKnowHow’s divorce experts will then use the information to draft and finalize your divorce documents (Divorce Complaint, Acceptance of Service, Waiver of Consent, Child Support Worksheet, Stipulation/Agreement, Parenting Plan- if children, Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law, Divorce Decree, Motion for Default Divorce, Notice to Submit for Default Divorce, Military Service Affidavit, Grounds and Jurisdiction Affidavit, Court Cover Sheet, Statement of Compliance, State of Utah Information Sheet).  DivorceKnowHow will mail to you your court divorce documents and step by step instructions to follow so that you can file your divorce with the court.

Divorce Mediation Service
If you and your spouse agree to almost everything but need a little help resolving issues with parent time, alimony, or any other divorce issue, you can work with a mediator to help you resolve those issues.  Once you and your spouse come to an agreement through mediation, you can go back to DivorceKnowHow’s questionnaire and include the terms of your mediated agreement to complete the online questionnaire.  Again, once you and your spouse have completed the online form, you will submit the completed form to DivorceKnowHow’s document prep team.

Divorce Attorney Service
If you and your spouse are unable to agree on important issues and are in a high conflict situation, you may need to hire an attorney to complete your divorce.  When using an attorney to complete your divorce, you will not need the online divorce questionnaire.  However, you or your spouse may still benefit from Divorce Knowhow’s  education center and other legal resources.  By gaining general divorce knowledge through the education center, you will be better prepared to work with an attorney.  Having some general divorce knowledge will help you ask good questions and potentially save you time and money spent on your attorney explaining the basics.
